Product Details

Winemaking: Fermentation using the semi-carbonic maceration method at 26ºC for 12 days.

Aging: For 6 months in medium-toast French oak barrels and 6 months in bottle.

Tasting Notes: It has a powerful and fresh bouquet of blackberry, cedar and small cherries that opens pleasantly with aeration. On the palate it has a fleshy, concentrated texture, with hints of blueberries, black plums and graphite.

It has good structure, weight and concentration and is not cloying at all. Very good!

Serving Temperature: 14 – 17 ºC.

Food Pairing: Grilled red meats, cheeses, prepared fish, small game, etc.
