Product Details

Aging: During 24 months in medium-toast American and French oak barrels and 36 months in bottle.

Tasting Notes: Deep cherry-red color, well covered with slight brick-toned rims, bright and very luminous. Aroma of great intensity and complexity, with fine and elegant spicy nuances that blend perfectly with notes of excellent aging. Over a mineral background, toasted notes and black forest fruits of excellent intensity appear.

On the palate it is very balanced with a fleshy, deep, ripe and broad mid-palate and a powerful finish with the finesse and elegance of a great wine.

Serving Temperature: 16 – 18 ºC.

Food Pairing: Red meats, stews, lamb, aged cheeses, cod and suckling pig.
