Aging: During one year in American oak barrels and 6 months in bottle.

Tasting Notes: Deep dark cherry-red color, well covered, clean and bright with mid-evolution reflections that hint at brick tones. Aromas from aging, with a predominance of new oak over an elegant and perfumed background of spices and ripe black fruit, beautifully integrated with balsamic hints.

On the palate it is lively, with magnificent acidity that is very well integrated and a dense, full, silky, unctuous texture and a very broad finish.

A deeply flavored wine with a well-structured profile and a long retronasal finish.

Serving Temperature: 15 – 17 ºC.

Food Pairing: Red meats, lamb stews, roasted meats, aged cheeses, fish stew and partridge.
