Tasting Notes: Straw yellow color with greenish rims. Aromas of dried grass and toasted caramel over a pleasant background of white stone fruit, such as peach and apricot, and citrus notes.

Fresh, light and enveloping, with a palate where the acidity is clearly noticeable, highlighting the subtle character of the originating grape variety, which gives it great personality with a slightly bitter finish that adds structure and longevity.
