Shipping and Returns

For shipments to mainland Spain, the estimated delivery time is 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. are processed and dispatched the same day; orders placed after that time are processed on the next business day.
Shipments to the Balearic Islands have an estimated delivery time of 2 to 3 business days.
Shipments are made from Monday to Friday, excluding national and local holidays.
Delivery times start once payment confirmation has been received. For card payments, confirmation is immediate (for orders placed before 2:00 p.m.); in the case of bank transfer payments, the order will be prepared once the funds have cleared in our account. If you wish to speed up the process, you can send us the transfer receipt.
For some products, delivery times may differ. In these cases, the specific timeframe will be clearly stated on the product page.
For orders from €150 (taxes excluded) with delivery to mainland Spain, shipping will be free. Standard shipping costs are €6 + VAT (mainland Spain).
The delivery times shown are approximate and may be affected by factors beyond Allozo's control (transport incidents, weather conditions, periods of high demand, etc.).
The 6-bottle box measures 23 cm x 15.5 cm x 30 cm and weighs approximately 8 kg.

If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us through our contact form and include your order number so we can review the issue.
Check the number of packages delivered by the carrier and make sure it matches the delivery note.
Do not accept packages that are open, broken or visibly damaged. Record the issue on the carrier's delivery note and let us know as soon as possible.
Check the goods received after delivery. You have 15 days to notify us of any incident, claim or return request in accordance with our returns policy.
