Product Details

Winemaking: Fermentation using the semi-carbonic maceration method at 26ºC for 12 days.

Aging: For 6 months in medium-toast French oak barrels and 6 months in bottle.

Tasting Notes: Intense garnet-red color, clean and bright. Aromas of black fruit, liquorice and caramel notes. On the palate it is powerful, fleshy, and with fine, elegant tannins.

Serving Temperature: 15 – 16 ºC.

Food Pairing: Grilled red meats, cheeses, prepared fish, small game, etc.
